Lead Finance

Job Summary

Our Client is hiring a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) for the position of Lead Finance. We are looking for candidates with strong Record to Report (R2R) expertise and experience in the Manufacturing/FMCG industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial reporting, month-end close, statutory compliance, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
• Prepare and review financial statements and MIS reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial governance.
• Support business decision-making through financial analysis.

Mandatory Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Final Qualified only.
• 6-15 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes.
• Must have experience in the Manufacturing/FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
