- Provide high-level expertise on SAP PP module and hands-on experience with S4 HANA.
- Offer on-demand support to Global Business Process and Operational Divisions Teams.
- Ensure tickets are properly responded to, fixed, tested, and closed according to process defined.
- Analyze content of releases and recommend best organization for testing.
- Collaborate with regional/local support teams and testing factory to ensure release validation processes are done properly.
- Contribute to testing and validation of Core bugs & enhancements specification.
