Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Lead Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
Responsibilities - Collaborate with Customer Data Owner to define and continuously refine the vision for analytics products, ensuring alignment with enterprise analytics strategy and business priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to support ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI in production environments.
- Effective operation in a 24/7 support model with rotating shifts.
- Clear, timely, and consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Continuous improvement through reduction of repeat incidents and alert noise.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting across supported data platforms.
- Execute reruns, restarts, backfills, and rollbacks to restore service.
- Conduct data validation and reconciliation to confirm recovery.
- Apply temporary mitigations to stabilize production workloads.
- Restore service quickly and safely. Escalate to L3 only when an engineering change is required.
- Provide complete diagnostic information, impact assessment, and attempted remediation details during escalation.
