Requirements

• Backend Development
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+ and Spring Boot (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security)
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and microservices development
• Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA)
• Ability to write performant, testable, and production-ready code
• Frontend Development
• Hands-on experience with React.js (Hooks, Redux/Context API)
• Proficiency in Angular (Angular 10+)
• Experience with Single SPA for micro-frontend architecture
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Cloud & DevOps
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL)
• Proficiency in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
• Comfortable with production deployments and release management
• Leadership & Collaboration
• 8-12 years of full stack development experience, with 2+ years leading teams or projects
• Proven ability to lead sprints and deliver projects on schedule
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
