Lead Engineer - Electrical

Job Description:

• Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

• 10 15 years of experience in electrical design and power systems engineering.

• Minimum 5 6 years of experience in a senior/lead role managing power system projects.

• Strong technical background in Power Systems, Food Industry, and Automobile Manufacturing domains.

• Good knowledge of electrical component sizing and selection.

• Experience in preparing Electrical BOM (EBOM) from layout drawings.

• Hands-on experience in cable scheduling, manufacturing specifications, and site installation documentation.

• Good understanding of NEC, UL, NFPA, OSHA, and electrical standards.

• Proven experience in electrical design, project engineering, and manufacturing support.

• Ability to lead the electrical design process from project kickoff through production release.

• Strong project management and team leadership skills.

• Experience in resolving design issues, conducting design reviews, and ensuring timely delivery.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple clients.

• Provide technical support during production build and testing phases.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
