Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Project Delivery & Benefit Realization -

  • Deliver key projects (e.g., IRMS Phase III, IOEC, Power Planner, Finance Data Lake, Solar Rooftop NOC, Universal Workflow API) on schedule, ensuring alignment with project charters and measurable business outcomes.
  • Execute projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Ascent methodologies, following IMS, DevOps, and MLOps best practices.
  • Lead cloud migration, application enhancements, and digital enablement initiatives to achieve a minimum 5x business impact.

2. Cybersecurity & Governance -

  • Ensure timely closure of all VAPT and audit observations (TBEM, IMS) within SLAs, maintaining high Cybersecurity Compliance Index.
  • Adhere to internal governance frameworks, security observation management, and risk mitigation plans for all assigned platforms (AWS landscape, IATS2, RMS, IRMS, etc.).

3. Application Support & Up time -

  • Oversee 100% SLA compliance for incident management, change requests, and production support across critical applications (RMS, IRMS, EPM, Liquidice, Suraksha Apps, etc.).
  • Manage third-party applications, coordinate with vendors, and ensure seamless staging, CI/CD pipelines, and platform stability.

4. Innovation & Knowledge Reuse -

  • Develop and implement RPA solutions (e.g., FPR automation in IRMS) and deploy innovative technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot).
  • Submit at least one entry for Inno vista/Delta platforms and publish reusable libraries or assets to support scalable development.

5. Advanced Analytics & Reporting -

  • Design and implement data lakes, dashboards (Power BI), and GenAI-based intelligent reporting for MIS, Finance, and operational insights.
  • Support SAP Datasphere implementation and analytics architecture reviews for high-priority initiatives.

6. Customer Experience & CSAT -

  • Maintain a project CSAT index of 90% or above for both end-users and stakeholders.
  • Conduct end-user training (1 session per quarter) and ensure smooth operationalization of new applications (e.g., SEW EV App).

7. Capability & Team Development -

  • Complete Learning Needs Accomplishment (LNA), certifications (e.g., iService, AWS), and structured programs (Digital Academy, Gyankosh).
  • Mentor team members, foster collaborative knowledge sharing, and drive continuous upskilling.

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. • 35 years of experience in IT projects, cybersecurity compliance, and application support. • Experience in analytics platforms, cloud migrations, and automation. • Certifications in AWS, RPA, cybersecurity, or Agile/DevOps preferred • Learning & Development Planning • Problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis • Strong Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
