Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Engineer to build and scale an enterprise AI Agent Platform . The role focuses on developing AI agents, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and platform infrastructure using GCP/Vertex AI/GKE , while ensuring strong security, CI/CD, observability, and AI evaluation.
Requirements 8+ years of software engineering experience
Strong GCP, Vertex AI, GKE, BigQuery
Hands-on LLM, RAG, embeddings, and Agentic AI
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph , or similar
Strong distributed systems, microservices, and API architecture
CI/CD, security, scalability, and observability
Experience with LLM evaluation, testing, benchmarking, and regression frameworks
Multi-LLM/model provider experience
Experience with AI governance is a plus
