A Lead Developer is responsible for:
Overseeing the development of software applications and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to high standards
Mentoring and managing a team of software developers
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure that projects are aligned with business goals and customer needs
Identifying and implementing best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing, and version control
Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and making recommendations for new tools and approaches that could benefit the team and company
Participating in code reviews, design meetings, and other project-related meetings to provide technical guidance and ensure that all team members are aligned and productive
The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and a proven track record of leading software development projects, as well as experience in mentoring and managing a team of developers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
