• Overseeing the development of software applications and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to high standards.
• Mentoring and managing a team of software developers.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure that projects are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Identifying and implementing best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing, and version control.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and making recommendations for new tools and approaches that could benefit the team and company.
• Participating in code reviews, design meetings, and other project-related meetings to provide technical guidance and ensure that all team members are aligned and productive.
