Technical Lead MATLAB Simulink HIL Automotive
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive development and validation solutions in the automotive domain. The candidate will work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to support simulation, validation, and model development activities for advanced vehicle systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead development activities for automotive validation solutions
- Guide engineering teams in model development and simulation activities
- Support HIL and SIL validation workflows
- Work with vehicle control systems including BMS, VCU, MCU, motor, inverter, battery, telematics, and vehicle dynamics
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and product teams
- Drive technical reviews and mentor team members
- Support roadmap and feature planning activities
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience
- Strong automotive domain experience
- Hands-on MATLAB and Simulink experience
- HIL validation experience (mandatory)
- Knowledge of SIL workflows
- Experience in Model-Based Development (MBD)
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems
- Team leadership experience
