Lead Data Scientist

Role Overview

• Shape how banks and financial institutions make decisions at scale through applied AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives from problem framing and experimentation through deployment and monitoring.
• Design, tune and productionise ML and statistical models for credit risk, fraud and portfolio analytics.

• Partner with product, engineering and business teams and establish best practices for explainability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.
• 8+ years of data science experience, including leadership of complex initiatives.
• Strong grounding in machine learning algorithms, statistics and applied AI.
• FinTech, credit risk, fraud or financial modelling experience is preferred.
