JD for Lead Analytics Position: Senior Associate/ Lead Team: Data Science (Analytics) Experience: 4-6 years in Data Science

• Responsibilities: 1) Candidate would be required to work with cross functional teams: Growth, Product and Technology to identify and solve key business problems
• 2) Building machine learning models: Marketing analytics (propensity model, customer segmentation etc.) and Risk analytics (fraud model)
• 3) Good knowledge of ML techniques like Deep Learning, Bagging and Boosting (Gradient Boosting, XGBoost, Light GBM etc.)
• 4) Code in programming languages and tools: Python or R, SQL and Power BI/ Tableau.

• Other skills: 1) Sound problem identification, judgment, resolution and decision-making skills
• 2) Innovation oriented and out-of-the box thinking
• 3) High level of integrity, ownership and accountability
• 4) Excellent written and verbal communication and a good team player
