Role & responsibilities
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Big Data technologies.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks.
- Strong expertise in PySpark and Apache Spark.
- Advanced SQL skills and data modeling experience.
- Experience with Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Databricks Workflows.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT design and implementation.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), or similar cloud data services.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with data warehousing and Lakehouse architecture.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization of Spark workloads.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
