Job Description
- We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Data Analytics Engineer with strong expertise in Databricks, Spark, and BI tools to drive analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
- The role involves designing scalable data models and analytics frameworks, developing dashboards for sales, portfolio, and executive reporting, and delivering advanced analytics insights such as segmentation, predictive modeling, and trend analysis.
- The candidate will manage the ML lifecycle using MLflow, deploy models for both batch and real-time use cases, and monitor performance using tools like Grafana and Amazon CloudWatch.
- Additionally, the role requires enabling self-service analytics, defining KPI frameworks, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders and data engineering teams to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
- Experience in BFSI or wealth management domains is highly preferred.
