Info: We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Lead Analyst with strong expertise in Excel and SQL and hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering data-driven insights, leading analytics initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders. Knowledge of Python and mortgage domain experience will be an added advantage.
Required Skills Must Have: Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) Must Have: Proficiency in Advanced SQL (joins, aggregations, efficient querying) Must Have: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau) Must Have: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Good to Have Skills
Good to Have: Working knowledge of Python Good to Have: Experience in Mortgage domain
Soft Skills Must Have: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Must Have: Ability to work independently and lead initiatives Must Have: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and deadlines
Key Responsibilities
Must Have: Analyse large datasets using Excel and SQL to generate actionable insights Must Have: Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and analysis Must Have: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data solutions Must Have: Lead analysis initiatives and mentor junior team members Must Have: Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure data integrity Must Have: Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve business performance
Qualifications Must Have: Bachelors degree in engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field Must Have: 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics
