Role & responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of data analysis strategies to support business objectives Oversee the creation of comprehensive dashboards using Tableau to visualize data insights Provide detailed exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns in large datasets Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting thorough data validation processes Utilize MS Excel for advanced data manipulation and reporting tasks Develop predictive models to forecast business outcomes and guide decision-making Communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences to drive informed decisions Support the optimization of business processes through data-driven recommendations Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into data analysis methodologies Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance data literacy across teams Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis tools and techniques Work collaboratively in a hybrid environment to achieve project goals. Qualifications Demonstrate proficiency in Tableau for creating interactive and insightful dashboards Exhibit strong analytical skills in EDA to uncover meaningful insights from data Showcase advanced expertise in MS Excel for complex data manipulation tasks Possess excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly Have a solid understanding of data validation techniques to ensure data accuracy Display ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Show experience in developing predictive models to support strategic decisions.
