About the role

We are hiring a Lead Data Analyst to drive high-impact analytics work across reporting, business intelligence, and decision support. This role is suited for someone who can combine technical depth with strong business understanding and stakeholder communication.

You will be responsible for structuring analytical approaches, validating data quality, identifying trends, and presenting insights that guide strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across SQL, BI tools, cloud data platforms, and cross-functional business teams.

In addition to hands-on delivery, you will help shape analytics standards, mentor junior team members, and improve the overall quality of reporting outputs across projects.

  • Own complex analysis projects from requirement clarification to insight delivery.
  • Lead the design of dashboards and reporting layers in Tableau and Power BI.
  • Work with Azure services, data pipelines, and warehousing concepts to support analytics delivery.
  • Review analyst outputs for data accuracy, storytelling quality, and business relevance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, performance trends, and action-focused reporting.
