Lead Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and data validation across various datasets
• Execute data mapping activities between source and target systems
• Support report automation and templating tasks (training will be provided)
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate report outputs and workflows
• Manage multiple report automation tasks simultaneously with strong attention to timelines
• Proactively provide status updates, identify risks, and escalate blockers in a timely manner
• Ensure high-quality delivery without requiring follow-ups or supervision
• Collaborate closely with the client team (onshore/offshore alignment as applicable)

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of data handling, Excel, and reporting concepts
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet committed deadlines
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• High level of ownership, accountability, and self-driven execution

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Exposure to Seismic and/or SmartDX platforms
• Familiarity with reporting tools, data transformation, or automation concepts
• Prior internship/project experience in data analysis or reporting

Work Environment

• Daily in-office presence (mandatory)
• Co-located with team in the Bangalore office . Office is in Bellundur Area .
• Fast-paced, execution-driven environment requiring ownership and discipline
