Lead - CSR & Community Engagement

Role summary

The Manager - CSR & Employee Engagement will be responsible for driving the organizations CSR strategy, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, managing social impact projects, and fostering a culture of employee volunteering and community engagement. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful and measurable social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CSR programs aligned with organizational objectives and statutory requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage CSR initiatives in areas such as education, healthcare, environment, and community development.
• Manage CSR budgets, implementation timelines, and partnerships with NGOs and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and internal governance requirements.
• Monitor project performance, measure impact, and prepare periodic reports and disclosures.
• Conduct due diligence, needs assessments, and feasibility studies for proposed CSR initiatives.
• Conceptualize and drive employee engagement programs that promote employee participation and organizational culture.
• Design and execute campaigns to increase employee participation in CSR initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Communications, Finance, and business teams to promote a strong culture of social responsibility.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management, CSR Committee, and Board review.
