Lead - Construction Finance Monitoring

• Maintain and update NOC (No Objection Certificate) MIS (Management Information System) Update and manage collection statements Prepare and distribute Minutes of Meetings (MOM) for banking of Loans Against Notes (LANs) Monitor and modify Security Interest (SI) ratios

• DEPARTMENT: Construction Finance SCOPE OF TRAVEL: High KEY STAKEHOLDERS (INTERNAL): Business Analyst, Finance Team, Compliance Team
• KEY STAKEHOLDERS (EXTERNAL): Clients, Banks, Financial Institutions JOB OVERVIEW: The role involves managing credit monitoring and administrative functions for construction finance projects
• The individual will be responsible for maintaining MIS systems, monitoring credit and security interest positions, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders, and supporting compliance and risk processes

REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to Business Analyst

QUALIFICATION: BCom or higher in Finance or related field

EXPERIENCE: 8 to 10 years of experience JOB ROLE: Credit Monitoring

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and submit fund transfer requests, SI modifications, and Fixed Deposit (FD) letters to banks
• Coordinate with clients and record monthly MIS reports for ongoing projects
• Ensure timely dispatch of NOCs and other necessary documents to clients
• Generate CIBIL and Corpository reports and summarize the findings in Excel
• Assist in risk assessment and compliance checks for ongoing and new projects
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients and financial institutions
