The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across all project phases, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, engage directly with clients, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective civil engineering solutions from proposal stage through project execution and completion. Responsibilities Lead civil engineering design and engineering activities across multiple projects within an engineering services environment Provide technical leadership and mentorship to civil engineering team members Review, approve, and ensure the quality of civil design deliverables including drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project execution Act as the primary technical interface with clients, addressing design requirements, clarifications, and change requests Support proposal development, including scope definition, technical input, scheduling, and cost estimation Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and deliverables to meet schedule and budget requirements Apply Now Qualifications & Experience: B.E./M.E. in Civil Engineering (First Class throughout from a recognized university) 8 15 years of relevant experience in civil/structural design (preferably in a consultancy setup) Key Skills: Strong hands-on experience with structural design tools (e.g., STAAD.Pro) Proficiency in Excel-based design sheets and familiarity with FEM analysis Thorough knowledge of industry codes and standards Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal and team management skills Proven ability to lead client interactions and influence outcomes Strong networking and coordination abilities
