Role & responsibilities

• Project Execution: Provide end-to-end leadership civil and structural works, ensuring completion within the approved budget and timelines.
• Quality and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, delivering high-quality work with zero compromise on safety.
• Client Relations: Ensure timely delivery, high-quality work, and customer satisfaction to foster harmonious client relationships, creating mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Process Innovation: Implement process innovations to foster seamless synergy among internal teams across domains for efficient collaboration and optimal project deliverables.
• Progress Reporting: Share regular progress reports with clients and stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.
• Liaison and Coordination: Liaise with staff at every level to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Coordinate with internal teams across design, SCM, planning, and billing for efficient project execution
• Multi-tasking Oversight: Oversee several aspects of a project simultaneously, ensuring that each stage progresses on time and within budget.
• Skill Development: Develop junior team members by providing standard training and encouraging active participation to prepare them for their roles.
