Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Salesforce.
• Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce development.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements within Salesforce.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionalities.
• Maintain documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features to recommend enhancements.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its functionalities.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.
• Experience in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Understanding of CRM best practices and business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in a business analyst role, specifically with Salesforce.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
