Lead Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and operations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain documentation of requirements, use cases, user stories, and other relevant artifacts.
• Identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on projects.

Job Requirements :

• 7-17 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and practices.
• Excellent requirement analysis skills with ability to identify key issues from complex problems.
