Lead Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead business analysis activities for payment domain projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business needs, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on best practices in requirement analysis, business analysis, and project management.

Job Requirements :

• 6-25 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the Banking industry.
• Strong understanding of payment domain knowledge including SWIFT, RTGS, Fed wire etc. .
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from initiation to delivery using Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders at all levels.
