Lead - Business Analyst Job Description Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to client onboarding, KYC, and client lifecycle management.
- Work on Salesforce-based applications supporting client data, onboarding workflows, and customer intelligence platforms.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Understand and document client context data models, including client hierarchies, relationships, and behavioral insights.
- Support the design of solutions for client onboarding journeys client insights.
- Partner with technology teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
- Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and data mapping across upstream/downstream systems.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), validate deliveries, and ensure alignment with business expectations.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders across business, compliance, and technology domains.
- Ensure proper documentation including requirement documents, process maps, and data lineage.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- At least 9 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or customer data platforms.
- Experience in client onboarding, KYC, Client insights
- Familiarity with client data management, customer 360 view
- Strong understanding of data flow, APIs, integrations, and system interactions.
- Ability to create process flows, user journeys, and requirement documentation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of financial domain (capital markets/wealth management)
- Experience in using Gen AI tools like Cursor/CoPilot/Claude
- Experience with data visualization or reporting tools.
- Understanding client segmentation and analytics use cases.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related ecosystems).
