Lead - Business Analyst Job Description Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to client onboarding, KYC, and client lifecycle management.
Work on Salesforce-based applications supporting client data, onboarding workflows, and customer intelligence platforms.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Understand and document client context data models, including client hierarchies, relationships, and behavioral insights.
Support the design of solutions for client onboarding journeys client insights.
Partner with technology teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and data mapping across upstream/downstream systems.
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), validate deliveries, and ensure alignment with business expectations.
Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders across business, compliance, and technology domains.
Ensure proper documentation including requirement documents, process maps, and data lineage.
Drive continuous improvement of processes and enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Required Skills Experience

At least 9 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or customer data platforms.
Experience in client onboarding, KYC, Client insights
Familiarity with client data management, customer 360 view
Strong understanding of data flow, APIs, integrations, and system interactions.
Ability to create process flows, user journeys, and requirement documentation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of financial domain (capital markets/wealth management)
Experience in using Gen AI tools like Cursor/CoPilot/Claude
