Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
- Create and present reports to senior management on business performance and improvement areas.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are desirable.
