Experience : 8-11 yrs

Certification : Mandatory Certification in JLPT N2 or above for all the roles
Shift Timings : Rotational
Work Mode : Work from Office
Must Have :
- Bilingual fluency Japanese (JLPT N2+) and English
- 8+ years of BA experience with full SDLC documentation (BRD, FSD, SRS) across Agile frameworks
- Insurance industry domain knowledge - Along with Policy Admin Management/ Claims Management expertise
- Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) and requirement/documentation platforms (Confluence, Visio, Tableau)
Good to Have :
- Gen-AI tools exposure for user story writing and requirements generation
- Experience managing continuous scope changes using structured prioritization techniques
- Stakeholder liaison experience bridging business and technical teams in complex hybrid environments
- Data visualization or process modelling skills (Tableau, Visio) for delivery transparency dashboards
