Lead | Senior Business Analyst
The Senior Business Analyst is the operational orchestrator of the Corporate Applications team. This role connects business stakeholders to a team of specialized subject matter experts who administer the company's Salesforce CRM and CPQ platform, build and maintain data frameworks for usage based billing across Microsoft Fabric and SQL Server, deliver Power BI reporting to executive and operational audiences, manage cross platform integrations, and now extend the quote to cash stack with DealHub.
This is not a passive requirements gathering role. The Senior BA operates across three dimensions at once: scope, ensuring the team is working on the right things; quality, ensuring requirements are precise enough to produce correct outcomes on the first pass; and delivery, ensuring work moves through the sprint at the pace commitments demand, with blockers surfaced early. What connects all three is judgment. The right candidate does not simply execute instructions. They evaluate trade-offs, apply contextual understanding of the business, and use influence to align stakeholders when priorities compete. The Senior BA sets the tempo for the team, anticipates blockers before they become delays, and ensures the Director can focus on strategic outcomes rather than operational follow up.

Technology Landscape
The Lead | Senior BA will operate across the following stack and is expected to develop working fluency in each:
Salesforce: Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing) as the system of record for customer, opportunity, and contract data.
DealHub: DealHub as the quote to cash platform supporting the L2C modernization program.
Microsoft Fabric: Microsoft Fabric and OneLake as the lakehouse and modern data platform foundation.
Power BI: Power BI for executive and operational reporting, semantic models, and self-service analytics.
SQL Server: SQL Server for transactional and reporting databases supporting the billing model.
ServiceNow: ServiceNow for case management, service operations, and usage measurement integration.
Integrations: C# based internal integration framework that ties the stack together.
Work Hours and Commitment
This role is based in Bangalore and operates on a split shift schedule designed to maximize overlap with U.S. business hours, providing materially more synchronous time with U.S. based stakeholders, sprint cadence, and vendor partners than a standard 9 to 5 local schedule would allow. Sprint deadlines, vendor implementations, escalations, and stakeholder commitments will at times require flexibility beyond scheduled hours. The right candidate brings a business first mindset and treats the work as a set of outcomes to deliver, not a set of hours to fill.
Core Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology services, managed services, or enterprise IT environment.
¢ High level English language proficiency, both written and verbal. The role requires direct, real time communication with U.S. based executives, business stakeholders, and vendor partners. Clarity and precision in English are non negotiable.
¢ Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile sprints (Scrum or Kanban) for cross functional technical teams. Not just participating, but owning the cadence, the scope decisions, and the delivery outcomes.
¢ Proven ability to write build ready requirements with clear acceptance criteria, not high level summaries that require additional interpretation by developers or administrators.
¢ Track record of proactively managing scope, quality, and delivery risk across concurrent workstreams rather than operating as a passive intake function.
¢ Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes through judgment, contextual understanding, and stakeholder engagement, not just through process compliance or escalation.
¢ Experience coordinating with external vendors or implementation partners on multi workstream programs.
Preferred Qualifications
¢ Experience in organizations with usage based or consumption based billing models.
¢ Hands on familiarity with DealHub, Salesforce CPQ/Billing, or other quote to cash platforms.
¢ Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, or modern lakehouse architectures.
¢ Working SQL Server skills and the ability to write intermediate to advanced SQL.
¢ Familiarity with ServiceNow for case and service operations.
¢ Experience supporting or coordinating system migration or modernization programs.
¢ Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
