Regulatory Awareness - familiarity with NCQA-aligned review processes, compliance auditability, and CARC/RARC denial codes

Validation Rule Literacy - ability to read, interpret, and document business validation rules from legacy systems (stored procedures, policy PDFs, SME input)

Role Overview

Domain-facing role bridging business rules, Integra SMEs, and the engineering team. Owns the BRD/PRD and business rules catalog.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Integra Product SMEs and Technical SMEs to confirm rule list, boundaries, and API shape

Author BRD/PRD and business rules catalog from AI-generated drafts; validate against Que behavior

Surface conflicts between AI-generated specs and Integra SME intent; facilitate resolution

Produce epics, features, and user stories from locked spec catalog

Own the 'replicate vs fix legacy bug' explicit documentation and SME approval trail

Facilitate HITL cluster reviews and spec lock sessions

Contribute to SDLC metrics report and governance artifacts

Required Skills & Experience

6-10 years in business analysis or rules architecture for enterprise software

Healthcare payer/provider domain - claims validation, DMEPOS, prior auth, or PBM experience

Experience authoring BRDs, PRDs, Gherkin scenarios, and user stories for technical teams

Familiarity with AI-generated documentation review and validation

Strong facilitation skills for SME workshops and HITL review sessions
