LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST - Business Analysis

Loc: 1 st Pref Pune & Gurgaon/ open to other USI location too

Certification: Mandatory Certification in JLPT N2 / N3 above for all the roles

Shift Timings: Rotational

Work Mode: Hybrid. Min needs to attend office for 2 days.

Must Have

1. Bilingual fluency Japanese (JLPT N2+) and English
2. 3-6 (C)/ 6-9 (SC) years BA experience with full SDLC documentation (BRD, FSD, SRS) across Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
3. Insurance industry domain knowledge - Along with Policy Admin Management/ Claims Management expertise
4. Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) and requirement/documentation platforms (Confluence, Visio, Tableau)

Good to Have

1. GenAI tools exposure for user story writing and requirements generation
2. Experience managing continuous scope changes using structured prioritisation techniques
3. Stakeholder liaison experience bridging business and technical teams in complex hybrid environments
4. Data visualisation or process modelling skills (Tableau, Visio) for delivery transparency dashboards
