Job Description

The Lead Business Automation AI Analyst acts as the primary engine for identifying and driving operational improvements across the organization. You will focus on discovering opportunities to streamline work, mapping out how processes currently function, and ensuring that new automation and AI initiatives are successfully adopted by the teams that need them most.
What Youll Do
  • Opportunity Discovery: Proactively identify and structure opportunities to improve efficiency across various business units.
  • Process Mapping: Create clear maps of end-to-end business processes and translate operational needs into well-defined requirements.
  • Collaborator Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for business partners, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • User Testing Support: Coordinate testing phases with team members to ensure solutions work as intended and provide hands-on support during the rollout to drive high adoption.
  • Backlog Management: Maintain an organized list of upcoming initiatives and keep process documentation up to date to ensure project continuity.
  • Communication Alignment: Ensure clear communication and smooth handoffs between business teams and the technical groups responsible for building the tools.
