With an experience of 1-3 years in the field of certification/ Quality Assurance department /or and Management Representative in a reputed organization
Candidate should have successfully completed IRCA or equivalent Lead Auditor Course

Audit Planning and Execution:

Plan and organize audits, defining objectives, scope, and methodologies for auditing specific areas or processes.
Conduct audits according to established standards, regulations, and best practices.

Compliance and Risk Assessment:

Assess compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, legal requirements, and standards.
Identify and evaluate potential risks and areas for improvement within the organization's operations.

Documentation and Reporting:

Document audit findings, observations, and recommendations accurately and comprehensively.
Prepare detailed reports highlighting audit results, compliance levels, and suggested corrective actions.

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicate audit results and recommendations to stakeholders, management, and relevant departments.
Collaborate with various teams to implement corrective measures and improve processes based on audit findings.

Quality Improvement Initiatives:

Initiate and support quality improvement initiatives based on audit outcomes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance standards and best practices.

Continuous Monitoring and Follow-Up:

Monitor the implementation of corrective actions suggested in audit reports.
Conduct follow-up audits to ensure sustained compliance and effectiveness of implemented measures.
