Lead Architecture & Design

Role & responsibilities

End to end responsible for:
• project-level architectural design delivery from concept through construction support, aligned to COE standards and Organizations Requirements.
• coordinating architecture with structural/MEP/faade/consultants for clash-free, buildable and approval-ready packages.
• managing design schedules, reviews and controlled changes to protect baselines and reduce claims.
• assuring on-ground implementation through submittal reviews, mockups and deviation governance.

1. Translate product intent into project design brief and manage concept, schematic and detailed design progression.

2. Coordinate ArchStrMEPFaade interfaces; lead design coordination meetings and resolve clashes early.

3. Ensure drawings/specs are authority-ready; support Regulatory in query closures and submission documentation.

4. Govern design deliverable timelines, review cycles and approvals; maintain version control discipline.

5. Review critical shop drawings, samples and mockups through agreed workflow; protect design intent and performance.

6. Manage design changes/variations: quantify impacts, obtain approvals and maintain audit trails.

7. Support value engineering with quantified trade-offs; ensure cost alignment without quality dilution.

8. Conduct site walks and design assurance checks; manage deviation requests and closure actions.

Preferred candidate profile

M.Arch / M.Plan / LEED / BIM / specialized design software certifications.
