Lead end-to-end planning and architectural design of large-scale commercial developments (IT Parks, WTC), ensuring optimal space utilization, zoning compliance, and efficient FSI usage.
Prepare and review design briefs, concept designs, feasibility studies, and area statements aligned with business strategy and project viability.
Oversee development and validation of schematic, GFC, and construction drawings to ensure design accuracy, quality, and adherence to RUPL standards.
Drive coordination with principal architects, structural, MEP, faade, and other consultants for integrated and efficient design development.
Manage and mentor the in-house team of architects and draughtsmen to ensure timely delivery and high-quality design outputs.
Collaborate closely with EPC, estimation, budgeting, and planning teams to align design with execution strategies.
Lead statutory approvals by coordinating with authorities such as BMC, MIDC, and other bodies, ensuring timely submission and approvals.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations including DCR, NBC, fire norms, and all statutory requirements.
Address design-related queries and resolve site-level challenges through coordination with project and execution teams.
Drive BIM coordination across all consultants to ensure clash-free, well-integrated design models.
Monitor execution to ensure design intent is maintained through regular site reviews and stakeholder interactions.
Prepare management presentations, MIS, and progress trackers, and proactively report project status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.
