• 3. Ensure 100% compliance to Change Management Process.
• 4. Ensure vendors deliver work contracted with zero variance of cost and
• 5. Ensure OLAs are in place with internal stakeholders/support SMEs and SLAs are in place with service partners to deliver agreed SLAs.
• 6. Identify to Business Improvement initiatives through problem Management to prevent common SRs/Incidents .
• 7. Identify to Business Improvement initiatives in line with business needs and develop plan to deliver.
