- 10+ years in data analytics / data platforms
- Strong AWS experience
- Hands-on with Databricks and/or Snowflake
- Strong coding skills in PySpark, Scala, and/or similar technologies
- Solid understanding of data architecture, data modeling, ETL/ELT
- Exposure to AI/ML/GenAI use cases and advanced analytics
- Experience in Global Banking / Financial Services
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently lead teams/workstreams
