This role goes beyond development you will define AI architecture, lead a team of developers, and bring structure to how AI solutions are designed, deployed, and improved over time.
; You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn advanced AI concepts into practical business solutions while mentoring developers and promoting continuous learning across the team.
; Key Skills
- ; Strong proficiency in Python, including frameworks like FastAPI, Pydantic, and AsyncIO.
- ; Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
- ; Deep understanding of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and model evaluation techniques.
