Lead AI Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a Lead AI Developer with 5 6 years of experience to drive our AI initiatives and build scalable, production-ready intelligent systems. This role goes beyond development you will define AI architecture, lead a team of developers, and bring structure to how AI solutions are designed, deployed, and improved over time.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn advanced AI concepts into practical business solutions while mentoring developers and promoting continuous learning across the team.

Key Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python, including frameworks like FastAPI, Pydantic, and AsyncIO.

• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.

• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and model evaluation techniques.

• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Working knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable AI applications using Python, focusing on LLM orchestration and advanced workflows.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high code quality through regular reviews and technical guidance.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and translate them into practical implementations.
