Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Agile Business Analyst to drive business transformation initiatives and deliver high-quality solutions in an agile environment. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across projects
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements & user stories
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
- Translate requirements into functional specifications & acceptance criteria
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (workshops, sprint planning, reviews)
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment
- Drive process improvements and best practices
Must Have Skills
- Strong experience in Agile (Scrum / Kanban)
- Expertise in Requirement Gathering & User Stories
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving abilities
- Experience in Agile project delivery environments
Good to Have
- Certifications: CBAP / PMI-PBA / CSM / SAFe
- Exposure to Digital Transformation / Cloud projects
- Experience in large enterprise / MNC setup
