Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for the regional sales
- Ensure price fixation
- Ensuring territory assigned quantity of sales daily.
- Proposing the price to the reporting manager for his territory.
- Monitoring reportees field work on daily basis.
- Identifying the potential talents in the market.
- Ensure collection of sale proceeds and organize for its remittance at the region.
- Marketing efficiency
- Traders relationship
- Implementing sales strategies and assess the impact of advertisement and recommend the GM (Operations) and GM (Marketing) for further improvements.
- Implement the regional sales plan based on the regional business plan
- Responsible for sales realization
- Ensure 100% cash /cheque collection
- Sales as per the daily budget
- Draw customer satisfaction action plan with GM and ensure customer satisfaction
- Customer visit
