Job Description
- Provide legal advice and support on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development.
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, and financing documents.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations, including RERA.
- Handle real estate disputes and litigation if applicable.
- Conduct due diligence for property acquisitions and developments.
- Advise on risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on legal developments and trends in the real estate industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel as needed.
- Experience with residential and commercial real estate transactions is mandatory.
- Certification in real estate law or a related field.
- Familiarity with zoning and land use regulations.
- Degree in LLB (Law).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in real estate law.
- Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
