Law Intern

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist in contract drafting, review, and negotiation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct research on corporate laws, regulations, and industry standards to provide accurate advice to clients.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigating them.
• Provide support in vetting contracts for accuracy, completeness, and legality.

Job Requirements :

• 0-0.6 years of experience in a similar role or related field (e.g., law firm, corporate counsel).
• Strong understanding of corporate law principles and practices.
• Excellent drafting skills for creating clear, concise documents that meet client needs.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
