Laravel Developer (PHP, MySQL, React/Vue) - 4-5 Years - Saudi Arabia

About the Opportunity

Hayhom builds high-scale Laravel applications powering live events across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. We're hiring a Laravel Developer (4-5 years) to build and scale these systems, including new AI-powered features. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange
• Manage MySQL databases and Redis caching , handle migrations and query optimization
• Build responsive interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React or Vue
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mobile developers
• Ensure code quality through Git version control and code reviews
• Debug, test, and optimize performance, including load handling for high-traffic application

Must Have

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 4-5 years hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel
• Strong proficiency in MySQL
• REST API development experience
• JavaScript with React or Vue
• Git version control and collaborative development
• Understanding of MVC architecture and OOP principles
• Knowledge of Composer and NPM package managers
• Strong problem-solving skills and communication in English

Preferred

• Redis for caching/session management
• Experience with third-party integrations (payment gateways, messaging APIs like WhatsApp/SMS)
• AWS or similar cloud infrastructure experience
• Docker, Apache/Nginx configuration
