Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop training programs accordingly.
  
• Design, coordinate, and deliver various types of trainings such as Soft Skills, Behavioral Training, Technical Training, and Compliance Training.
  
• Develop learning materials and resources for effective knowledge transfer.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between organizational goals and employee development initiatives.
  
• Monitor the effectiveness of trained employees through evaluation metrics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR.
  
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and facilitation techniques.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
