* Participate in departmental meetings, training programmes and competency assessments
* Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
* Perform any additional laboratory-related duties assigned by the Management, Pathologist, or Laboratory In-charge

* Laboratory report turnaround time (TAT)
* Critical value reporting compliance (100%)
* Zero patient/sample identification errors
* Quality control compliance
* Equipment uptime and maintenance compliance
