Experienced Lab Manager to lead 15–20 staff, oversee daily lab operations, manage inventory, ensure quality and compliance, coordinate technical activities, improve processes, track KPIs, resolve issues, and deliver excellent customer service.Experience in diagnostics/healthcare with strong leadership and team handling.Knowledge of inventory and lab operations,good communication, problem-solving skills,and ability to work under pressure.pf
