Job Description
Chemical Analysis and Testing: Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses on raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety specifications. This often involves using techniques like chromatography, spectroscopy, and titration.
Method Development: Develop and validate new analytical methods and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy in the lab.
Instrumentation: Operate, maintain, and calibrate a variety of lab equipment, such as Gas Chromatographs (GC) and High-Performance Liquid Chromatographs (HPLC).
Documentation and Reporting: Meticulously record all data, observations, and results. Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and technical documents for supervisors, clients, or other teams.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Ensure the lab environment is clean, organized, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including production, research and development (R&D), and quality control, to troubleshoot issues and support project goals.
