Job Description
Core Skill Set-Insights Hub config (asset model, aspects/attributes, rule engine, dashboards); Industrial Edge/IEM/IED administration; OPC UA/BACnet troubleshooting; working knowledge of SAP PM & Opcenter interfaces; OT network/firewall coordination
Key Responsibilities- 2nd-line diagnosis of connectivity/dashboard/alarm issues; onsite hardware checks (Edge devices, gateways, BMS panels, meters); minor config changes (thresholds, tags, dashboard tweaks) within Change Request governance; liaison with Siemens DI/OEMs for firmware/platform defects; support to plant Maintenance/HSE/OCC users
