Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct Video KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for new customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Verify customer documents such as PAN card, Aadhar Card, Passport etc. to ensure authenticity.
- Perform video KYC process for remote onboarding of customers when required.
- Maintain accurate records of all KYC transactions and updates.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in BPO or related industry.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Bengali, Kannada, Telugu languages is essential.
- Strong understanding of KYC verification procedures and regulations.
